Role: 

The CLO will oversee all legal matters at Line-Bell Corporation, including intellectual property protection, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Strategy: Develop and implement legal strategies that align with LBC’s business goals and protect the company’s interests.

• IP Protection: Oversee the protection of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet legal standards and protect LBC’s interests.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, both domestic and international.

• Litigation Management: Manage any legal disputes, including overseeing litigation or alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Advisory Role: Serve as the key legal advisor to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other executives.

• Ethics & Governance: Promote a culture of ethics and compliance across the organization.

Professional Background:

• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with expertise in corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance.
