The CFO of Line-Bell Corporation will be responsible for managing the financial actions of the company, ensuring fiscal stability, and driving financial strategy in alignment with LBC’s goals.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decisions.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial health.
Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risks.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including quarterly and annual statements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO/CTO, CAO, and other executives to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in financial management roles, with a proven track record in corporate finance and strategy.
