The CAO will be responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of Line-Bell Corporation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting.
Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports.
Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
Financial Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of financial systems and software.
Collaboration: Work closely with the CFO and other executives to align accounting practices with overall business strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA certification required.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and audit management.
